How we got here
Core engine development begins
12 systems, full TDD, 2600+ tests. Built the streaming pipeline, tool system, and policy engine from scratch.
VS Code extension & CLI ship
Multi-client architecture with tabbed conversations, worktree isolation, workflow UI, and 15+ slash commands.
Orchestration layer goes live
Agent archetypes, workflow orchestration, cost intelligence, governance policies, and audit trails - all governed under one control plane.
